It is located adjacent to Joshua Tree and offers old-timey western storefronts that feature live music, dining, and shopping. This unique little town was originally founded by a group of Hollywood actors, and many television westerns were even filmed there in the 1940s and 50s. The western false-front facades from those sets are still intact with the Mojave Desert serving as a backdrop. A stroll down Mane Street offers Instagram-worthy sights like old stables, saloons, and even a jail cell.
